What are the Crease Piece attachments made of? Is it safe around the eyes?
The Crease Piece attachments are made out of silicone and are safe to use around the eye. Be sure to follow the care instructions to make sure that your Crease Piece is always keep in the best condition.
How do I use my Cut Crese Creation kit?
Easy! First, take note of the various crease options. There are left and right creases for each, which are to used with the corresponding eye.

Once you've chosen your desired crease, remove the film from the back to adhere it to the top of the handle (the side with the logo).

Hold your Crease Piece gently against the designated eye and apply your shadow over the top edge as desired.

Once you are finished building up your eyeshadow, remove your Crease Piece to reveal your coveted cut crease.

How do I care for the items in my kit?
Be sure to clean off any makeup remaining on the crease before removing it from the handle. After each use, remove the crease from the handle and place the film back on the adhesive. If needed, rinse the adhesive under warm water and let dry completely before covering or using.
Answers Regarding the Adhesive
All of the crease shapes are manufactured with a washable and reusable adhesive on the back.

All of the adhesive is manufactured with a clear protective cover. We include additional white protectors in the event you misplace the clear ones.

The replacement protectors DO NOT have adhesive on them, the adhesive is solely on the crease shape.

We advise protecting the adhesive after every use to help keep its integrity.

In the event that the adhesive is left unprotected and dries out a bit, rinse and gently massage it under warm water to reactivate. Let it dry completely before covering or reusing.
Best makeup brushes to use for my desired outcome?
For a more defined look, start with the darkest shade and your thinnest brush. As the colors get lighter, the brushes should get larger. Avoid using still or flat brushes for blending. The fluffier the better!
How can I check the status of my order after it has been placed?
To check the status of your order, make sure you sign in to your account by selecting Login or My Account. From here you can view your order status, view past orders, make changes to your account information, change your password, and store alternate addresses. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once we receive orders on, processing and shipment happen rather quickly. We will do our best to modify and existing order if you email us at, however we can not guarantee adjustments will made to the order. We apologize in advance if this causes any inconvenience.

I haven’t received my order, my order is missing items or damaged, or my shipment is late?
All products and packages are checked by quality control before being sent out. Unfortunately, once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we no longer have control over what happens. We will, of course, help you in any way we can to troubleshoot the problem, however if you wish to insure your package, you can email us at the time of purchase.

Sales Tax?
Sales tax charges are required by law in the state of New York. Sales tax is assessed on the total purchase, excluding shipping costs, and will be calculated during the checkout process.
How long will it take to ship?
You can expect your domestic order to arrive approximately 7-10 business date from date of shipping. All orders placed after noon EST will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Do you ship to a PO Box?
No, unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! However, because we do not currently have any international retailers, all shipping costs and fees (INCLUDING TAXES & DUTIES) are incurred by the customer.

Please be aware that when choosing your carrier, if you decide to go with USPS First Class Package International, all tracking of your shipment ends after the package exits the United States, and we can no longer claim responsibility for any delayed or lost items.
